1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Syabas888 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting operator. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Syabas888 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services") accessible at https://syabas888.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the Syabas888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Syabas888 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered member account created on the Syabas888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by Syabas888 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency supported on the Syabas888 platform.
• "Real-Money Wager" means any bet or stake placed using actual deposited funds, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered through the Syabas888 platform.
• "VIP Programme" means Syabas888's tiered loyalty reward programme comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tiers.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions expressly forbidden under Section 10 of this Agreement.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Syabas888 platform is restricted. You are only eligible to register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Syabas888 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
2. You are registering as an individual, in your own legal name, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You hold only one (1) Account on the Syabas888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Syabas888 employee or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, and you have independently verified that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. You are not self-excluded from gambling on any platform, including Syabas888, at the time of registration or use.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To create an Account on Syabas888, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 KYC Documentation Requirements

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any other time at Syabas888's reasonable discretion, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid international passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days);
• Payment method verification (screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Syabas888 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on Syabas888. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the Account recovery process. Opening a second Account — for any reason, including to claim additional bonuses — constitutes fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all linked accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without recourse.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing the Syabas888 platform, you agree to use the Services only for their intended lawful purpose — personal entertainment — and strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You further agree that:

• You will not access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that circumvents or manipulates normal platform operation.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the source code, algorithms, or proprietary systems of the platform.
• You will not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed from your Account, whether authorised by you or resulting from a failure to secure your credentials.
• You understand that all wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round or event has commenced.
• You will not use the Services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

Syabas888 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with this Agreement, applicable laws, and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Syabas888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Availability of specific methods may vary. The platform transacts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as its primary currency.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Deposits made via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly.
• Deposits via FPX and online banking may take between 5 and 15 minutes to reflect in your Account.
• Syabas888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Syabas888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be met in full before the corresponding funds may be withdrawn.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on banking partner processing times.
• Syabas888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Syabas888 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Syabas888 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Each bonus offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the applicable promotion's terms.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games only. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
3. Bonuses have expiry windows. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the applicable bonus period.
4. Syabas888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
5. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, abuse of promotional mechanics, or collusion is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
6. Syabas888 may, at its sole discretion, limit, refuse, or claw back bonus awards where there is reasonable cause to believe the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time Account holders who make a qualifying initial deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described in the current promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Syabas888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.2 VIP Programme

The Syabas888 VIP Programme is a tiered loyalty scheme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) under which Members accrue benefits based on monthly turnover and play activity. VIP tier status, associated benefits, and monthly requirements are subject to change. Membership in the VIP Programme does not confer any vested rights and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at Syabas888's reasonable discretion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Syabas888 platform are governed by the applicable game or sport rules as detailed within each respective game interface or sports betting section. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the game round or event has begun.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and event. Limits may vary by game category, bet type, and Member tier.
• In the event of a technical fault, connectivity failure, or system error during a game session, Syabas888 will apply its technical error resolution policy to determine the outcome fairly. Syabas888's decision shall be final.
• Suspected instances of collusion, match-fixing, or any form of manipulated play will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
• Odds for sports betting markets are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of your confirmed bet will be the odds applied to your wager.
• Syabas888 covers major sports betting markets including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international fixtures. Market availability is subject to scheduling and may change without prior notice.

9. Responsible Gambling

Syabas888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The platform provides the following responsible gambling features, accessible directly from the Member account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time limits on individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may impose loss limits to prevent excessive losses within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed and honoured without penalty.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Syabas888 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account credentials;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any similar tool to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market from different accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage abuse);
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software bugs for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the Syabas888 support team or other players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any proprietary content from the Syabas888 platform without prior written authorisation.

Syabas888 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions against Accounts found to be engaged in Prohibited Activities: immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, recovery of previously paid winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Syabas888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of Syabas888 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any platform content without Syabas888's express prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syabas888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decisions, bets, or wagers;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Loss of data, winnings, or Account balances as a result of events outside Syabas888's reasonable control (force majeure).

In all cases where Syabas888 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC clearance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by Syabas888

Syabas888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Your Account is linked to fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuing to operate your Account creates regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for the platform;
• You are a self-excluded player who has circumvented exclusion controls to access the platform.

Where termination is due to a breach of this Agreement, Syabas888 may, at its sole discretion, withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Syabas888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — or the breach, termination, or validity thereof — shall first be submitted to Syabas888's internal complaints and dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact our support team in writing, providing full details of the complaint and all relevant evidence. Syabas888 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under our licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

15. Amendments to This Agreement

Syabas888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes — ordinarily not less than seven (7) days — by posting the updated Agreement on our website and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We encourage Players to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.
